How do I customize my build?
Reach out to us by calling our phone number, or by emailing us at info@greendoor-systems.com, or message us on Instagram. We can review your request before you purchase and give you a free quote. On a budget? No Problem! Let us know your price and let us work our magic. We accept customization requests up to 24 hours after the initial purchase order.
Where are you located?
We are currently in South Jersey. Local pickup and delivery is available.
Can I upgrade my components on prebuilt or custom PCs?
Yes to an extent, just contact us and we will let you know price differences based on your preferences.
How long does it take for my custom build PC to get to me?
We hate to say it, but it depends.
We will keep you updated throughout the entire process, but we aim to get all PCs shipped within 14 days. However, sometimes this isn't possible with current market supplies and how long parts take to obtain. Our process begins with purchasing your parts, after that we need time to build and perfect the design, then we need to conduct updates and install your preferred programs. Lastly, we stress test every PC to ensure stability. Once all that is completed, we ship out the PC!

What is your return policy?
At Greendoor Systems, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every custom system we build. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your custom PC in the same condition you received it.

Is there a warranty?
